The government has serious issues with end to end encryption technology used by what-sap , twitter and other social media sites like Facebook and google . Here the government is holding discussions with these IT giants to not to encrypt their conversations .End to end encryption is when the user and the sender can have a conversation and only they can read the chat no one else not even the service provider .
