He said, “We were certain that the film (Stree 2) would get part of adoration due to the affection that Stree 1 got. There’s a major fan-following for Stree, including me. I seriously love Stree myself. However, these numbers are way over our assumptions. We are happy and very cheerful. There’s a ton of appreciation that this is occurring with a film like Stree, in light of the fact that it is content-driven film.”
Rajkummar added, “There’s a great deal of appreciation. God has been truly kind. I have a great deal of adoration from the crowd and they have acknowledged me for who I’m. I have appeared suddenly. I come from an exceptionally unassuming start. I didn’t grow up with cash around me. I’m one of their [audience’s] own. A ton of messages I get say that it seems like an individual triumph, which is overpowering.”
Rajkummar likewise said that his process in films ‘was difficult, it was extreme’. The entertainer got serious about his theater days in Delhi, where, in some cases, he needed more cash to take the state transport, thus, he would ‘cycle 70km all over’. Then, at that point, in the wake of coming to Mumbai post FTII (Film and TV Establishment of India), he attempted ‘to get by’ in the ‘costly city’, adding he didn’t know anybody, ‘where to begin, who to meet’.
