It was my old friend Tiwari who threw down the challenge—to climb to Everest Base Camp—and I gleefully accepted. I made my booking last year through Himalayan Tours to take on the mighty peak. Determined to be fully prepared, I started training three months in advance. I swam for four hours a day and walked over 15 kilometers daily. In the process, I lost six kilos and became significantly fitter by the time the climb began. By the 1st of May, I was ready for the fifteen-day trek. I had already decided to document my experience on my blog and made sure I had all the equipment I needed for the journey: a new walking stick, sleeping bag, rucksack, and climbing shoes. Everything was in place, and I was eagerly looking forward to the challenge. The first day, however, was a disaster. I fell sick during the bus ride to Ramchek and threw up during a tea break. Thankfully, that was the only low point of the entire journey. The rest of the trek went fairly smoothly. The first three days of climbing were exhausting, but we had a rest day in between to acclimatize. Along the way, I made some interesting friends. One was Awra, and the other was my roommate for the journey, Arun. I truly enjoyed our chats together. Due to my absentmindedness, I kept misplacing my trekking stick, but thankfully someone always managed to retrieve it for me.

He is convinced that the only way out of poverty for him and his family is to convert his auto rickshaw into a flying taxi that can ferry pilgrims to and from the golden temple in Amritsar, right from the city center itself bypassing the many narrow lanes and by lanes that crowd the entrance to the Golden Temple creating traffic and needless delay in commuter time. He is a Sardar but he has an innovative mind and an instinct for technology. He learns from the net about the inventions of his Guru and dedicates himself to making his auto rickshaw into a flying machine that can fly like a drone and bypass all road traffic taking pilgrims to the temple in no time. He wants to use solar energy in his auto, not fossil fuel just like his idol he is out to help the people of his city and the tourists who come to the golden temple saving the environment and halting climate change. This mad hatter of a Sardar impresses all in his mohalla who first poke fun at him for thinking about such an absurd and lofty dream. He is supported in his effort by his cousin Bunty and his helper Ram Charan Yadav a native of Madhubani in Bihar. He is guided in his mission by his love Hasina Sidhu who is the daughter of a local Dhaba owner Gurinder Sidhu who runs a Dhaba called Amritsar Happy Chicken. Hasina is desperate to marry Bubbly and fears that her father is against the match, at the same time Bubbly’s quest to convert his humble auto into a flying machine and proving the stereotype that all Sikhs are foolish and dumb wrong. This is taking a toll on their relationship. On the other side Vikram Rana, the owner of Bhola Cabs a large local taxi and auto service provider is chasing Bubbly and trying to steal his patent technology. Will he succeed in making his auto rickshaw fly and will he be finally united with his technology idol? Meet the Techno Sardar of Punjab our very own Amritsar da Elon Musk.

  The book Kumbharli Ghat ke Kankal explores all the murders committed by serial killer Vijay Palande before the Arun Tikku murder case grabbed headlines in 2012. It delves into the mind of the killer and his life before he took to crime to make money and profit from his victims. The book chronicles the murders of the man who has been labeled the Butcher of Kumbharli Ghat. It details the murders of Swaraj Ranjan Das and his son Anup Das, who were the first known victims of Vijay Palande when he worked as a steward at the famous Mumbai restaurant Copper Chimney in 1994. The book also uncovers the murder of Karan Kakkad and his unknown associate in March 2012, just before Arun Tikku was killed.

The novel Shredding Shraddha is based on the true events that led to the murder of Shraddha Walker in Mehrauli Chhattarpur by her live-in partner Aftab Poonawalla. Shraddha Walker was strangled. Her body was then cut up into thirty-five pieces and thrown into the jungles of Mehrauli.

He is desperate to find work as he needs to make ends meet, but as he steps out into the real world, he realizes that he is not equipped to cope. His relationship with a little girl named Nancy gives him hope to move on and find what he wants in life.
