Lata Nair is a nurse from Kochi in Kerala who has just joined the Ganga Shyam Hospitals child and infant care unit ward as a nurse in Mumbai. She is assisting the very handsome and talented Pediatrician Sandeep Kumar, the wise and greying doctor Anupam Sharma who has served in the hospital for over three decades. Suddenly strange incidents with babies start to take place in the hospitals child ICU unit. One after the other babies begin to die from heart attacks and seizures. Some of the babies are only a few weeks old and Wight less than four pounds.
