End of Third Month : I am 93 kg now
Today I finish three months of my diet and fitness regime . I have averaged 8.8 km of power walking in the first month . In the second month I have averaged 9.8 km of power walking and in the third month I averaged 10.8 km . As can be seen I have increased my walking every month by one kilometre . My weight today is 93 kg which is a weight loss of a full 6.5 kg over the period of three months which translates into an average of 2.2 kg of weight loss a month or 4.84 LB a month of weight loss .
I continued to hydrate myself with a large glass of carrot and beetroot juice a month along with coconut water . I have shifted the focus of my diet to nuts wich includes pista , almonds and cashew nuts along with figs . I have this during the evening after I finish my walk which now lasts for over three and a half hours . I make it a point to do my shopping of foods items and fruits like grapes , strawberries and cherries on my way back home .
The months power foods for me is Fish which includes cans of tuna and mackerel I also order Fish Tikka and Salmon from my local restaurants for dinner . My meals which includes lunch and dinner has a lot of dals and lentils along with greens like beans , palak and mushrooms with pees this I have with two chapatis, and sip three tea spoon full of apple cider mixed with cold water each day .
If I feel thirsty after my excursive walks I also have a glass of lime juice which keeps me fresh and is good for the skin as well . Apple cider helps to cut fat and is good for weight loss .
I Have since last week added another exercise routine , I do 20 to 25 stomach crunches every day. Now that my waist line has become leaners I am able to do crunches these I do on my yoga mat in my garden . If it rains I do the couches in doors in my drawing room .
My I phone 13 comes in handy as I listen to music of podcasts on the way as I stomp on the tarmac and footpaths of Dehra Doon . The hilly up hill roads of Rajpur are a perfect way to burn fat and work up a sweat .
