I took some videos and photographs of my yoga mat exercises that I do now regularly once a day without fail. I did 30 stomach crunches today and three sets of thirty dumbbell exercises, these days I use a 2 kg dumbbell and as I get better at it I may increase it to a 4 kg dumbbell soon within a month.

I also intend to start jogging and do some light running from next month and will be adding skipping to my exercise routine. My commitment to brisk walking remains the backbone of my weight loss program and I intend to increase my monthly average by 1 km month on month. My average at the end of Jan is 11 km of walk every day.
