I have completed 100 days of my fitness and health routine today and can say with pride that I have lost 7 kg now from my original weight which was 99.6 kg. I am just under 93 kgs today as I take another oath that I will kick my Pan Masala habit and my smoking habit from today onwards. How will I achieve that well I have bought two large jars of Rajwadi mixed Saunf and one jar of Mango Slice? Now, whenever I have the need to have Pan Masala I have Saunf instead, that way I am able to replace the murky pan masala with something less harmful. I used to have two small packets of pan masala every day. I have decided to quit that altogether, the other thing is that I have also sworn to kick my smoking habit. I smoke 10 to 12 cigarettes every day and I have from today decided to cut it by half and within two weeks kick the habit completely.

My endeavor is to add a dumbbell exercise routine to my stomach crunches and also start some new yoga exercises with my mat. I will keep increasing my average monthly brisk walk by 1 to 1.5 km every month. Currently, I am walking at an average of 11 km per month every day.

As I get bitten and feel lighter and more agile my body is resisting the bad stuff I have during the day like Cigarettes and Pan masala. I am Abel to breathe more deeply and my body is not liking the harmful smoke that I inhale throughout the day or the can nasal I have which gets stuck to my teeth and gums.

It is a natural progression of getting fit and feeling well and more agile, my body wants more exercise and good food that is nourishing, I have figs and dates along with dried apricots which I munch during the evening along with green tea which helps my digestion weight loss. I am discovering the joys of having seeds and nuts they are great supplements for my exercise routine and I do feel tired while doing sit-ups and stomach crunches. So here’s wishing that I totally quit my pan masala habit along with my smoking very soon. I have taken my first steps toward kicking these awful habits that have plagued me for over a decade it is time to totally go for heath. As Sara Ali Khan says it’s time to healthily.
