I have been clocking 14 km plus through my power walks and the hilly roads of Rajpur are my best mates these days . I walk and walk and walk for over four hours now every day and as I go about my weight loss program I manage to click away at things that catch my eye through my I phone , today I even used the cinematic mode in my I phone 13 camera . I managed to find many interesting painted pictures on the wall of the city , some of them are show caed in this blog . I manage to climb on steep inclined road and regulate my breathing as the slop and incline becomes steep . I do take time to rest on juice corners and every hour enjoy a large coconut water , these water breaks give me the necessary breathers I need .
The trick while taking such long daily walks is to space your walk and take rest from time to time that keeps you going and the feet don’t hurt that much . Today I muted on boiled corn and peanuts on my way back and the almonds and nuts that I am having through the day give me enthu every to cover long distances . Pacing your walk is important and I enjoy going up teh hill because that requires strength and stamina plus I am bale to breathe more deeply when I am going up the hill , my lungs fill up with oxygen which is in plenty on the hilly road leading to the mountain . My attention does waver at times as I look around myself to catch a glimpse of something beautiful that I can click .
Again and again I put the thoughts in my mind at the back burner steadily staring at the road ahead .I did enjoy the sunset immensely today and was please with my endeavour .
