I have my lunch and dinner taken care of on most days, but it is the middle of the day and late at night that I get hunger pangs and yarn too much on something that can give me energy and make me feel full throughout the day. So I have discovered diet munchies are very low on fat and calories but make you feel full quickly. Most people much on potato chips, biscuits, sweets, rusks, cake, and even tubs of ice creams if they feel like a munch. I have thrown all that out of the window and decided to make Tandoori Makhane, Melon seeds, almonds, and dry strawberry mixes, along with figs and boiled corn cob as my evening and late-night munchies. These foods are low in calories, fat, and sugar and high in fiber and nutrition. These make you feel full these along with green tea or Kashmiri Chai are excellent for evening tea time and late-night snacks if you feel hungry. Low on calories and also filling. Time to throw away that salted biscuit or cream cake, time to do away with fried stuff like samosa, chips, bread pakoda, and other savories. Munch on these diet munches, if you want to support your weight loss regime.  Feel full without gaining weight and calories.
