Bollywood whiz Shah Rukh Khan’s youngsters, Suhana Khan and Aryan Khan, have made critical land interests lately. After Suhana Khan obtained two prime properties in Maharashtra, Aryan Khan has purchased two stories worth Rs 37 crore in same South Delhi building where Shah Rukh Khan possesses the ground floor and storm cellar.
As per records Aryan obtained the property in Delhi’s Panchsheel Park. The exchange, enrolled in May 2024, saw Aryan compensation Rs 2.64 crore in stamp obligation. Eminently, Aryan bought the floors in a similar structure where Shah Rukh and his significant other, Gauri Khan, lived during their initial days. The Khan family as of now claims the cellar and ground floor of the structure.
While Bollywood famous people regularly try not to put resources into properties in Delhi, Shah Rukh’s connections to his old neighborhood make this speculation critical. Pradeep Prajapati, organizer behind the store land consultancy Wealthvisory Capital, told the site, “In Delhi, high-esteem exchanges by Bollywood stars are uncommon. Amitabh Bachchan recently sold his Gulmohar Park property in South Delhi for around Rs 23 crore.”
