Today I finished the end of four months of my fat to fit weight loss program and I averaged about 11.2 km of brisk walking along with jogging. Yes! This month I picked up the pace and have started jogging also, when I get tired I stop and walk for a distance and start jogging again. Another fun activity I have added to my routine is biking and cycling and I do twenty minutes of biking every day. Jogging helps in the cardio and that is helpful in burning fat and improving fitness, I do get some blisters and rashes on my toe, but that has reduced over time. I have added grapes, cheese, and sugar-free dark chocolate to my diet. I have also started using Macca atta and Bajra atta along with brown rice to my diet also.
My weight loss has not been much this entire month I have only lost half a kilo, my with loss in kilo’s has reduced this month but I feel lighter for sure and I am able to cover longer distances in quicker time in that regards my fitness has improved, but I am not shedding weight as rapidly as I was in the first three months of the exercise. My skin tone has improved also and I feel very energetic.
