In the Christian faith wine has been given a lot of significance it is the blood of Christ it is what he shared with his 14 disciples during the last supper before he was caught in the forest and subsequently crucified. The wine and its cooler signify blood. I am very aware of that wine is burgundy in color and so is blood. I have seen both and also tasted them both.
Wine is a symbol of brotherhood when people commune together they have wine and drink from the same challis. Wine is the blood of Christ therefore in Christian theology it is said to be divine. It is the fruit and nectar of the gods and flows in our body sustaining us. It runs in our veins and it flows like oil in the body of Christ, we are one with him as we sip his wine.
