My afternoon was spent drinking wine and champagne, gazing at the pristine waters of the Nile. This was the best time to take pictures as the water was still, and there were many boats floating on the Nile. I could see fishermen fishing in their wooden boats. I captured the brown and dry landmass surrounding the river Nile.
In the evening, my tour guide, Mohammad, arrived and took me into the city of Luxor to see the local market selling clothes, gems, leather, and spices. This was my first night walk in Luxor. Tomorrow is my big day when I will go for a hot air balloon ride. Until then, enjoy the pictures of the river Nile from my bedroom window.”
