He can also elongate his tail to capture men and animals, swirling them high into the air before slamming them onto the road like fallen logs. These are his extraordinary magical powers. He is Rat Man.

Rat Man wears Ray-Ban sunglasses and has long, pointed claws extending from his hairy paws. With a single swipe, he can inflict devastating damage. He lives near a railway yard and is often seen around the city’s garbage dumps. But who is he fighting?

His enemies are the state’s petty thieves, pickpockets, junkies, and underworld operatives. His greatest foe is Kala Billa, a man with the appearance of a cat, complete with large ears and piercing green eyes. He wears a tattered coat with a long hood and carries a magical lasso that lights up the sky whenever he swings it. His razor-sharp claws protrude like blades and can cause terrible injuries. Kala Billa is the king of the street gangs and Rat Man’s greatest adversary.

The town of Kachrapur is where these two rivals wage their endless battle. Both desire the affection of the town’s most beautiful woman, Meow. Fair and graceful, with a complexion as smooth as milk, she is always dressed in red and is more closely attached to Kala Billa. She is alluring and sensual, with a cat-like charm, and she purrs whenever she is happy.

Kala Billa is accompanied by his two loyal sidekicks, Fuzzy and Buzzy, who are often seen drinking large glasses of milk and feasting on fresh cheese. The battle has begun, and the future of Kachrapur hangs in the balance.
