  Bubbly is a young Sikh Man who runs an auto to make a living in Amritsar, he did not get much education but somehow managed to pick up an autobiography of Elon Musk, he is now fascinated by the man and his inventions. He is convinced that the only way out of poverty for him and his family is to convert his auto rickshaw into a flying taxi that can ferry pilgrims to and from the golden temple in Amritsar, right from the city center itself bypassing the many narrow lanes and by lanes that crowd the entrance to the Golden Temple creating traffic and needless delay in commuter time. He is a Sardar but he has an innovative mind and an instinct for technology. He learns from the net about the inventions of his Guru and dedicates himself to making his auto rickshaw into a flying machine that can fly like a drone and bypass all road traffic taking pilgrims to the temple in no time. He wants to use solar energy in his auto, not fossil fuel just like his idol he is out to help the people of his city and the tourists who come to the golden temple saving the environment and halting climate change. This mad hatter of a Sardar impresses all in his mohalla who first poke fun at him for thinking about such an absurd and lofty dream. He is supported in his effort by his cousin Bunty and his helper Ram Charan Yadav a native of Madhubani in Bihar. He is guided in his mission by his love Hasina Sidhu who is the daughter of a local Dhaba owner Gurinder Sidhu who runs a Dhaba called Amritsar Happy Chicken. Hasina is desperate to marry Bubbly and fears that her father is against the match, at the same time Bubbly’s quest to convert his humble auto into a flying machine and proving the stereotype that all Sikhs are foolish and dumb wrong. This is taking a toll on their relationship. On the other side Vikram Rana, the owner of Bhola Cabs a large local taxi and auto service provider is chasing Bubbly and trying to steal his patent technology.   The background of this private investigator, Daulat, is that he was a former spy who worked closely with RAW Chief of Intelligence Rameshwar Kaul. His job was to operate in Kashmir and infiltrate Pakistani sleeper cells that were causing unrest in India. He is assisted in his endeavors by Seema Chamkili, a forensic and bomb expert. He travels in his black Cobra jeep, driven by Bhairav Singh, a towering six-foot-tall Sikh with massive biceps who also carries a machine gun to protect Daulat. They are up against an underground Pakistani sleeper cell called Islam-ul-Tarikh. This cell has over fifty armed operatives and mujahideen who are actively causing trouble in Kashmir. They infiltrate local communities and incite people to rise against the Indian Armed Forces in Kashmir. Their leader is the formidable Dara, a man who rose from the streets of Lahore. The son of a Muslim cleric, he is well versed in Islamic scriptures and is also an expert bomb maker. He is assisted by the snake-like Sakura, who is tall and lanky with a pale complexion. He is a master of disguise and is highly skilled at making booby traps to ambush and destroy Indian Army vehicles. Sakura frequently disguises himself to obtain vital intelligence for the sleeper cell. They are further assisted by Kamal and Dhamal, who are sharpshooters for the sleeper cell. They are hitmen assigned to eliminate designated targets within the Indian Army and among local government officials, including judges and army officers.

Sanjana was an eight-year-old girl who studied in senior nursery school and loved to play with dolls. She had a huge dollhouse that her father, Naveen, had gifted her on her birthday. But as soon as her parents left, they would come alive again and play with Sanjana. All hell broke loose when Naveen bought Sanjana a fluffy cat doll and a fluffy battery-operated dog. Whenever the button was pressed, the dog would bark and chase the dolls around the house. Sanjana named the dog Woffy and the cat Diamond because it had shiny, diamond-shaped eyes.
