Naag Loka is a comic depicting the world of snakes. Beneath the belly of the Earth lies the world of the black reptiles. Ananta is a black-hooded cobra with seven heads. He spews red venom from his fangs, while the central hood burns with fire.

He lives with his queen, Vaibhavi, and his children, Raku and Saku. He rules his kingdom with the help of his minister, Bhuj, a snake with dozens of limbs.

Naag Loka is attacked by the demon Karu and his elder brother, Daru. They possess powers that can destroy any venom and neutralize any snake. The demons can breathe fire and spit giant whirlwinds to attack the snakes of the underground world.

Antara uses a Nagin named Tara, who can transform into a beautiful, seductive dancing girl, to lure Karu and Daru. She seduces them with her dance and beauty before biting them and releasing her venom into their veins.

A battle for the soul of Naag Loka begins.
